IT-students: Important dates to add to your calendar!

October 4: O'Learys reopening of our amazing deal for all Göta members. Every Monday members of Göta studentkår get a large discount on certain beverages and food, and we get free bowling and shuffleboard.
October 28: The Lindholmen Software Development Day is an enabler for collaboration to bring future success in software development in Sweden. The event offers cutting-edge open seminars and a meeting place for industry, academia, and society. It's a great way to get contacts in the business world. November 5: Battle of the IT-section, part one. The first out of two competitions hosted by Göta IT-section, you compete for your program and the winner gets a big trophy that we place in the dining room in house Patricia. More info will come later.
November 12-13: Social storm, a hackathon competition where you compete for your university.
January 21: Fin-sittning (hopefully). We have a preliminary booking for a three-course meal at a fancy restaurant. More info will come later.

February 10: Gösta labor market fair, the student association Gösta invites dozens of companies to Lindholmen conference center and all students of the IT-faculty are welcome to participate. It's a fantastic way to find a part time job or a full time job after you are done with your studies!
March 30th Inspire, Göta studentkårs labour market fair. Inspire is your guide to a fantastic career within the labour market. At Inspire you can meet with possible future employers, talk to career experts and expand your network. We introduce you to your future!
